“None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free!”
-Goethe
My, my, my. Does this quote ring true today! Mental health awareness, right? Wrong! Those in charge could care less about your mental health. Trust me on this. Hell, the “agenda” has its own month in May now. Why? Simple. They want everyone totally distracted from real problems and oppression that are pushed onto the populace. We got one hell of a drug problem here in the West and I’m going to break it down for you. If you have never read Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, I suggest you do, because you are living in it!
In Brave New World the citizens are what I would call immune from their own emotions. They are raised from a young age to believe that there is no privacy, no family, and no monogamy! Sound familiar yet? I don’t want to give too much of the story away, but I do want to focus on the main point of the post here. That point is the use of a drug called Soma in the novel to “subdue” the citizens.
Soma blocks the emotions of the user, preventing “unwanted” behaviors from the citizens of the state, keeping them in a state of “bliss or distraction.” This information should be starting to raise the hairs on the back of your neck up by now. No, this novel wasn’t published in the 1980s, it was published in 1932! That is frightening indeed!
The boom of psych drugs here in the West was started at least two decades ago, if not more. I have known plenty of people who “struggled” with their emotions in my time. What I have specifically noticed is that there are two types of “mental health junkies.” On one side we have those that believe in the power of the psych meds. These are the folks who will take the Zoloft, Prozac, etc. Then on the other side, we have the “junkies” who believe they are perfectly fine, when in fact they can’t control their emotions and will engage in psychedelic street drugs instead of prescription meds! Now you tell me the damn difference! Why do you think there is a huge push to all of a sudden legalize “weed” and not say cocaine? Well, one is a psychedelic and the other is not, that is why! Prescription drug, or street drug, it doesn’t matter to the ruling class! Both of these nefarious methods of inhibit the human mind and are just a temporary escape from what is going to be there when the drug wears off.
We are truly living in a world that shames emotional outcomes. Is it because emotional decisions can be bad? Of course, they can be. But, the real issue is being completely aware of what is happening around you as a citizen and actually resisting tyranny and oppression. This is unwanted behavior, just like in the novel. Rebellion against the “ruling” class would have started long ago if it weren’t for the “distractions” put in front of us. Some walk around as if they are in some utopian environment, when in fact we are inside of a dystopian hellscape.
I wanted to touch on another novel/movie if I can briefly because it’s pertinent to another point that coincides with the subject at hand. The novel is called The Hellbound Heart by Clive Barker. You may be familiar with the film adaptation called Hellraiser and the sequels that followed. The main character or leader of the Cenobites in the movie is called Pinhead. He comments, “that to some they are angels and others they are demons.” This is much like how the ruling classes are seen. To some citizenry, I’d go as far as to say they see the ruling class as Gods. The novel and the movie bring forth this notion of sexual pleasure blended with pain. It is this idea of sadomasochism where pain is mixed with the pleasures of the flesh.
I wanted to make this point here because sexual degeneracy becomes just another addiction or distraction through other mediums such as the internet. I think it goes without saying, the absence of family and monogamy are obvious outcomes through this pushed “sexual exploitation.” We see this agenda pushed to a large degree in the novel, Brave New World as well. This push for sexual exploration is amplified through drug use.
It is obvious we have an incredibly dumbed-down humanity today. I used to think I just had good common sense, but that wasn’t the complete picture. I have “educated” myself on life, spending large amounts of time researching, cross-referencing information, and the such. I feel like I have been removed from the system meant to enslave us, for quite a long while. I operate outside the system as much as I possibly can. It allows me the focus and time necessary to look into everything I can. The who, the what, and the why. This is not unlike the citizens of Brave New World who quit taking their Soma medication only to realize they are inside of a dystopian hellscape, not a utopian heaven.
Drugs of any type are simply a method used to disorient and distract your mind from recognizing real problems at hand. Sure everyone enjoys an escape from reality, but we have to still stand against oppressive acts. Once drunk with bliss, a populace will accept endless amounts of oppression and tyranny. That tolerance will be only as far as the “rulers” can push their tyranny. When drugs do not completely consume the mind, the “ruling class” will come with their sports/gladiatorial games to distract the masses, avenues to pursue “sexual freedom,” and of course “mainstream media television” brainwashing to put a bow on it all. Quit occupying your time with senseless amounts of “stimulation” and walk away from the Soma so you too can use your anger to fuel your hatred for tyranny and oppression.
